Martin Luther King's Birthday

In honor of Martin Luther King, we read a book about him and talked about his life and his dreams for the world.
We read We are all Alike, We are all Different,
and talked about how we are alike and how we are different, as we created collages on people shapes...
We talked about our dreams for the world and wrote them in cloud shapes where we added some cotton balls for effect.
We made a friendship snack. Each of us was given an ingredient which we added to a big bowl to make a snack to share with everyone.
