Super Heroes

This week brought out the "Superhero" in all of us as it was filled with action-packed adventures...

After reading Superhero ABC, we talked about what kind of super powers we'd like to have.
Would we like to fly? How about become invisible?
We'll spend the week figuring out what kind of super hero we would like to be.
Super Orbs helped us gain power, each color giving us something special. It was super sensory play throughout the week.

We designed capes because we figured most super heroes have them. We tie-dyed them for some awesome results.
We spayed the bottles filled with dye and decided what colors we wanted in each section.

They were each unique.

We added super, cool masks to our attire...

We had a hideout-
a place to hide out from the "bad guys"!

We made "super slime" for sliming the bad guys just like "Goo Girl" in our book!

We made decisions on our super hero names, powers and hideouts...

A mission to save superheroes everywhere was our last quest...

Who are these masked super heroes?

The superheroes of the world
(Spider Man, Superman, Batman, Hulk, Buzz Lightyear, Wonder Woman, Thor, Captain America, The Green Lantern, to name a few)
needed help, and only we could help them. They were hiding out and it was our assignment to find each one and bring them back safe. We had many obstacles to overcome- ladders, beams, ropes, slides, spiderwebs, bouncers, swings, tunnels, cliffs...
Our gross motor skills were put to the test!

We're off to save the world!
