I'm a Little Teapot

I'm a little teapot

Short and stout.

Here is my handle

Here is my spout.

When I get all steamed up

Hear me shout.

Tip me over 

And pour me out.

Just like in the book, we had a tea party! 

We had chocolate tea :) and cookies.

It was so much fun! We practiced using good manners and our pouring skills.

Hickory Dickory Dock

Hickory, dickory dock.

The mouse ran up the clock.

The clock struck one

The mouse ran down

Hickory, dickory dock.

We took turns choosing a time card.

Our little mice ran up the clock as it struck the time we chose. We made up rhymes to go with each hour.

London Bridge is Falling Down

London Bridge is falling down, 

falling down, falling down.

London Bridge is falling down, 

my fair lady (gentleman).

We made bridges with sticks and blocks for little people...

and then we made a bridge outdoors as we recited the rhyme.

We made see saws with small blocks and sticks for little people...

and then we went outside and make a big see saw for us to try out.
